After leaving his native Southern Africa in his formative years, he worked as a dive boat captain and shark feeder in the Caribbean where he met his wife Susan, and enjoyed years of sailing adventures across the Caribbean. eventually they moved to America and using Susan’s BFA degree and Mark’s connections, established themselves as premier African art dealers with galleries in Florida and in The Hamptons.
